La participación como ponente implica elaborar y presentar una comunicación al Congreso vinculada con algunos de los simposios.

Son bienvenidos los trabajos que desarrollen alguno de los temas propuestos, ya sea desde una metodología empírica o desde una aproximación teórica y descriptiva.

Para participar como comunicante es necesario registrarse aquí.

Recibirá un correo de bienvenida (revise su carpeta de SPAM si no le ha llegado pasados unos minutos), y a partir de ahí podrá acceder a la plataforma el enlace:

No es necesario que todos los firmantes de una comunicación se registren; tan sólo uno de ellos habrá de hacerlo como representante del grupo de autores. Este representante será el interlocutor con la Organización del Congreso, y estará encargado de registrar el texto de la propuesta, datos de los firmantes y enviar el texto definitivo (ver plazos).

Se podrán registrar parcialmente los datos y completarlos en cualquier otro momento pero es fundamental rellenar los datos de TODOS los firmantes antes de enviar a validación (revisión) la propuesta.

Para enviar a validación una propuesta solo hay que pulsar el botón previsto para ello en la ficha de la ponencia. En ese momento el texto resumen quedará bloqueado y el equipo de coordinación del simposio elegido podrá revisar la propuesta. Si no pulsa este botón el texto queda en modo borrador, podrá acceder a la ficha pero los coordinadores no tendrán constancia de su propuesta.

El sistema le avisará por email cuando su ponencia esté aceptada o los coordinadores quieran hacerle algún comentario al respecto.

La propuesta (resumen) de ponencia se subirá a la propia plataforma de registro, tiene que redactarse en español, inglés o portugués y debe contener la siguiente información:

• Resumen de 400 palabras máximo, respetando la norma IMRD (Introducción, Método, Resultados y Discusión)
• Palabras clave (keywords) recogidas en Thesaurus reconocidos (6)

EVALUACIÓN Y ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS PROPUESTAS

• Las propuestas se evaluarán por los diferentes equipos de coordinación de Simposio conforme les vayan llegando (con plazos comprendidos entre los 3 y 15 días).  Puede consultar los coordinadores directamente el estado de su revisión.
• Cuando una propuesta no es aceptada, el sistema le enviará un email con las explicaciones o sugerencias del equipo de coordinación y podrá acceder a la plataforma y modificar el texto propuesto.
• Cuando una propuesta es aceptada por la coordinación del Simposio el sistema envía un email al autor registrado y se actualiza la ficha web del Simposio indicando el título, nombre de los autores y un código de ponencia precedida de la letra «P» (ej. P-S01-03) que será necesario indicar en la operación bancaria de formalización del pago de la inscripción. En ese momento el texto de la propuesta quedará bloqueado.

NÚMERO DE AUTORES Y PONENCIAS

Un mismo autor podrá presentar un máximo de 2 ponencias al Congreso. Cada propuesta tendrá un máximo de 4 autores y al menos 1 de ellos deberá exponer la comunicación en persona durante el Congreso. Solo en casos excepcionales y debidamente justificados, con autorización del Comité Organizador, se contempla la defensa no presencial.

TEXTO FINAL DE LA PONENCIA

El texto final de la ponencia que se defienda tendrá una extensión máxima de 7000 palabras (ver normas de edición) y se adaptará a un tiempo de exposición de 10 minutos. Dicho texto será cargado en la ficha de simposio de la plataforma por el firmante que dio de alta la propuesta, una vez finalizado en Congreso y antes del 31 de enero de 2020. Se ha dispuesto una plantilla y normas de estilo para facilitar las tareas de maquetación de los libros monográficos, le rogamos las utilice.

SPEAKERS

The participation as speaker means to elaborate and present a communication in the Congress linked to the symposia.

The different works will be able to develop some of the issues of the Congress by using a empirical research or a theoretical approach.

In order to participate, you have to be registered here. You will receive an email (you should review Spam in your mail box if you did not receive the email after a few minutes) and you will be able to access to the platform. The link is:

It is not necessary that all the signers of a communication are registered. One of them will be the representative and he or she must sign the communication. Additionally, the representative will be the contact person to the Organization of the Congress and he or she will be in charge of registering the text, collecting the personal information of the signers and submitting the whole text (see deadline).

The personal information will be able to register  and complete in any moment. However, it is very important to fill in the personal information of ALL THE SIGNERS before submitting the paper in order to be validated (reviewed).

In addition to this, you have to click the tab which corresponds to the task in order to submit the paper. In that moment, the texts will be blocked and the committee of each symposium will evaluate them. If you did not click the tab, the text would be a draft and the coordinators of the symposia would not know anything about the text.

You will receive an email when your presentation will be accepted or the coordinators will have to add comments to your text.

The text will be included in the platform and it will be written in Spanish, English or Portuguese. In addition to this, it must be included the following information:

• An abstract of a maximum of 400 words with the following structure: Introduction, method, results and discussion.
• 6 keywords included in Thesaurus.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

• The deadline is October 14th, 2019.

EVALUATION AND ACCEPTANCE

• The papers will be evaluated by the different coordinators of each symposium and the deadlines will be between three or fifteen days. You can contact with the coordinators directly in order to know more about your evaluation.
• If the text is not accepted, you will receive an email with the explanations and recommendations in order to modify the text.
• If the text is accepted, you will receive an email and the tab of the symposium will be updated. Therefore, you will find the title, the name of the authors and a code (i. e. P-S01-03) and you will need this code in order to make the payment. Moreover, the text will be blocked in that moment.

NUMBER OF AUTHORS AND PARTICIPATION

An author will be able to present a maximum of two presentations in the Congress. Furthermore, each presentation will be able to be written by a maximum of four authors and one of them will present it in the Congress. Distance participation will be permitted in exceptional circumstances and with the appropriate justification.

THE FINAL TEXT OF THE PRESENTATION

The final text of the presentation will include a maximum of 7000 words (see rules of edition) and it will be adapted to 10 minutes of exposition. Additionally, this text will be sent by the main signer which has been registered on the website and it will be included it in platform of tab of the symposium. The deadline to submit the whole texts is June 30th 2019. You will find a model on the website in order to facilitate the layout. Therefore, you should use this model.
